Refund & Cancellation Policy
When and how cancellations and refunds are processed.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order yourself until 11:59 PM (IST) on the day you place it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched — whichever comes first. Cancelling within this window is free and refunds anything you paid online to the original payment method.
- After that window, or once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with the product, you can raise a dispute within 24 hours of delivery and our team will help.
- No cancellations are entertained for products obtained on special occasions. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
- In case of cancellation, for prepaid orders, approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
